What's The Job:
We’re looking for a well-rounded Style Guide (Sales Associate) to help us deliver a thoughtful and personal experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
You’ll spend your time welcoming people in, helping them feel comfortable, and guiding them toward what works best for them - offering honest styling advice, sharing a strong understanding of our product, and conveying how it fits into their life.
You’ll get to know the details - fabric, fit, and function - and help customers navigate it all in a way that feels easy, natural, and true to them. Through that experience, you’ll build trust, develop relationships, and help drive the overall success of the shop.
Behind the scenes, you’ll be part of everything it takes to run a great shop - keeping things sharp, supporting your team, and helping us figure things out as we grow.

What you'll do:
- Delight customers through nothing-but-wonderful service

- Maintain an exceptional in-store experience and presentation
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily operations

What you’ll do:
- Support the Store Leader in executing daily store operations and achieving sales goals
- Lead the sales floor during shifts—ensuring an exceptional, consistent customer experience
- Act as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store
- Coach and support team members in the moment to drive performance and service standards
- Help maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and operational tasks
- Ensure company processes and policies are followed consistently
- Step in to handle customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented store culture
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
Who you are:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or retail leadership role (Supervisor, Keyholder, or similar)
- A strong communicator who leads with empathy and positivity
- Comfortable taking initiative and stepping up to lead when needed
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
- Interested in growing into a larger leadership role over time
