Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
What is the return policy?
We will happily accept returns or exchanges for items unworn, unwashed, with the hang tags attached, in original packaging (if applicable), and accompanied by proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase - unless those items are marked as final sale. Some items like gift cards and sale items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
How do I return or exchange something from my order?
You can either come to the store or begin an on-line return or exchange by emailing us at info@mremercantile.com.
How long will it take for an on-line refund to be processed?
Once the package has arrived back at our store, please allow up to one week for us to process the return and issue the refund to the original form of payment.
